Training with Nat is an empowering experience.
Her unique compassion and dedication to her clients is unmatched.
Our sessions contain the perfect blend of education, goal setting and genuine enjoyment.
I look forward to every session. I love spending time with someone who boldly wants the best for me, inspiring me to want that for myself, too.
It goes past the physical strength; I am prouder, more confident and more capable. I notice this in my posture. I used to have rounded shoulders, but now I am chest-proud.
She is the perfect blend of respectable and approachable, kind and driven.
I couldn’t recommend anyone higher.

Working with Nat has been an incredible experience. Most personal trainers care only about getting fit physically but working with Nat is more than that.
Not only have I increased my physical health but my mental health has increased immensely, I am so much more confident in who I am, I feel supported and I have found a place where I truly fit in.
Nat is one of the most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, she is so kind and supportive, the best hype girl a person can ask for and honestly feels more like a friend than a trainer, in the gym we are equals.
In all honesty I have grown so much in the short time I have worked with Nat and owe so much to her, I could not recommend a better personal trainer!

I've been training with Nat Stone since June, 2020 during the peak of Covid. She has always been able to work with me whilst still following restrictions.
I always have fun training with Nat and I always feel great after each session. She's motivational and cares a great deal about each of her clients.
She's trained me on my good days, my bad days when I've had joint pain, and now throughout my pregnancy, and she's always putting my safety first.
Since working with Nat, I've improved on my strength and coordination. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with her and getting stronger each and every day.

Training with Nat is fucking awesome. I've found someone I can learn from & more importantly a great friend. She's pushed me & helped me finally delve into the world of Powerlifting & I can't thank her enough for that.
It's insane how strong I've become both physically & mentally just having her there to push me to always do better.
As a PT myself, having Nat as my Powerlifting coach has helped my flourish is more ways than one. I've become a better trainer & found a sport I love and someone I know will be there right by my side come comp day making sure I nail it on that platform.
From Octopussy plants to bench naps every session is a blast. Nat really is a coach that truly wants the best for her clients.

Due to a lower back injury, I was looking for a PT who could help me achieve very specific strength and technique goals, I found the perfect coach in Nat from Stone Strength PT. I work full time running a flooring business which has seen considerable wear and tear on my lower back and knees.
I needed a PT that could cater to my schedule and have found Nat to be not only extremely accommodating and flexible but also efficient in the use of our time. Nat has come up with effective programs for my recovery which have seen my back feeling stronger than ever. We often check in to make sure my technique is perfect, especially on some of the more challenging lifts.
After seeing Nat I now feel more confident than ever in both myself and my lifting. I find Nat not only to be professional, but every session is fun and rewarding. Shes been able to build my confidence immensely, not just my muscles.
I Highly recommend Nat for anyone seeking a PT that is highly technical, supportive and inclusive. You wont regret it.

In September last year I went to Natalie Stone along with my walking frame with the goal of putting that frame in the wardrobe and walking down the aisle to become Mrs Giles .
At the time I was struggling massively both physically and mentally. I was struggling to walk, to lift my arms above my head, to get out of bed each day. I was off work and could barely hold a conversation.
Natalie has an amazing little studio, holding 1:1 sessions. I had to relearn some of life's basics and slowly progress. Natalie is amazing at working with my limitations but also pushing me to grow.
On 30.01.22 I made it down the aisle with no walking aid towards my adoring, teary husband. It was the absolute best weekend filled with so much love and laughter. I truly feel as though my family has doubled in size

When I found Nat, I felt seen for who I am and not how I appear or sound like. We have made such an enormous improvement to my physical fitness and muscle structure that I can now walk around in public without the ongoing fear of being harassed or attacked. Nat has tailored my training for each stage of my transition and actively watches me in sessions to make sure the regime is the right for how my body reacts.
We currently have plans to alter it again when I start HRT and undergo the loss of muscle mass and change in body chemistry. I have seen how much Nat has cared about the community and I recommend them to everyone needing a safe place. Coming out was a hard thing to do because it meant throwing away a lot of how I lived and how I was perceived.
One of my biggest struggles was finding a fitness place that was accepting of Trans people but at the same time had a community that was accepting of Trans people. While many gyms and trainers say they accept anyone, all they mean is they accept any payment from anyone and don’t care how their members treat you.
Nat is the first place to get my attention and keep me wanting to come back each week. The community Nat has built is absolutely second to none My sessions really are the highlight of my week.

I started training with Nat not fully knowing what to expect, and I was anxious at first, but had really positive recommendation and could not be happier that I made the decision to join. In only a short period of time, I am feeling more confident and feeling the results I am aiming for. It has been an eye opening experience so far and gives me so much motivation moving forward.
Nat is quick to identify areas of improvement, and what kind of exercises/movements will benefit my day to day life, as well as my hobby playing volleyball. When I first came to Nat, I had quite poor movement through my shoulders and already I am able to hold a squat bar properly! Something I feel really proud of and immediately transfers over to volleyball actions.
I spend most of my week in an office job and suffering poor posture. Coming to train has improved the way I sit and stand naturally already and I can see that only getting better. But the best part of training with Nat has been how welcoming and encouraging it has all felt.
Going to a gym can be extremely intimidating, but Nat has created such a friendly and inclusive environment where no judgement exists. I am really looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me, as its already worked wonders so far.

This is to say nothing of the amazing strength and mobility gains Nat has helped me make. I'm actually squatting with the bar (!!) which was near-impossible with where my hips and back were six months ago. I can do a proper bicep curl now that my neck and traps have unlocked.
My back hurts much less, my spine is straighter, and the right muscles actually turn on now when I deadlift.
Best of all, my mood and energy are slowly and steadily improving as my back becomes happier and my body learns to recover from exertion.
I am so grateful to you, Nat, for taking on the crazy training challenge that is ME/CFS with me, following me into weird uncharted territory and giving me the encouragement and expertise I need to navigate through it even when none of it seems to make sense and it feels like I'll never get out.
Other PTs have tried and given up – you are truly one of a kind. I'm learning so much from you, I feel understood by you, and you inspire me. Looking forward to enjoying future fun gains and PRs now that we've laid so much of the foundations!

I’ve been onboard with Nat for around 2 years.
I started off being that girl in the gym who hid in the cardio section if it was busy. I didn’t have the confidence to do the things I really wanted to. My workouts ended up being short and basic with no real direction.
My anxiety would kick in and I would want to leave. My form and technique was severely lacking and there was too much information online to know what to believe or follow. On top of that I have a few things like dodgy knees and elbows that I need to work around. This disheartened me because I didn’t know how to make it work for myself.
Nat has been through a lot with my training, constantly having to come up with new variations to keep me injury free. She’s always had the patience and determination to get it right for my individual needs. I’ve never felt more confident in what I’m doing and I know what I can achieve if I stick to what she gives me. Sometimes I’m stubborn or get a bit lazy but she always keeps me accountable and makes it as motivating and fun as possible.
I can now walk into the gym and feel at home. I don’t worry about people staring because I have worked hard with Nat to improve my technique and I can keep my head down and follow my program. I wouldn’t have the knowledge and confidence I have today if it wasn’t for the hard work she has put in.
I’ve thrown a lot of curve balls over our time together but with her experience and constant drive to always be learning and improving I get to as well. Massive shout out to her for being able to put up with me and help me achieve my goals.

I went to Stone Strength PT having no idea what to expect. I was nervous, I was nowhere near the fitness level I wanted to be at and I had no idea where to start, or even HOW to start.
Nat is AMAZING!! No matter what level you are coming from (experienced or a newbie), the approach is 100% professional and pushes you to be the best you can be.
BUT, here is the thing; Nat does not just work on a standard workout formula. Her approach is holistic and one that takes your state of mind into consideration, as well as how you are feeling and what is happening physically. Truly, there are not many coaches who have that same tough yet nurturing approach and who look at things as a whole, rather than just physically.
If you want a specialty program that truly is designed just for YOU, great and practical hints, tips and guides when working out, someone to push you, someone to not give up on you, and someone who treats you as a whole person and not just a physical body, then Nat is all of that and more.
I cannot recommend Stone Fitness highly enough. Keeping it real, keeping it challenging and keeping it supportive all at once.

When I first came to Nat, I had two main goals: to be stronger and to fix my shoulder pain. I was asking for something so outlandish, but Nat is phenomenal in the way she makes the impossible possible.
She has been of more help than any chiropractor or physiotherapist I've seen and I have been pain-free since we started training in the past few months.
Nat has been extremely gracious and flexible when I have been late whilst bussing or when I have fallen sick. She is also very knowledgeable and explains how each exercise benefits its corresponding muscle.
Nat is incredibly motivational and really inspires you to reach for the stars. I highly recommend Nat as a PT as she will not only help you reach your goals but smash them!

Training with Stone Strength PT was the best decision I have made for myself.
Nat is empowerment and strength and energy personified.
She is reliable, and trustworthy. In every session, she is ready and eager. She pushes me beyond where I thought I could go, and I am so excited to explore how far I can go with her beside me.
I would describe Nat with these three words; dedicated, powerful and genuine. There’s no fake niceties with her: she expects the best from me because she wants the best for me. And this helps me give the best of myself in our sessions.
Training with Stone Strength PT has not only increased my physical strength, but my mental fortitude too. My confidence has increased, my strength has increased, and I am proud to be a Fierce Unicorn.
I never found a type of exercise that I loved when growing up. But with Nat, I can proudly say I love strength training, and I love the aspects outside it that come alongside. Learning how nutrition is as important as exercise, and how your sleep schedule can affect your training for days has been imperative in my journey.

I don’t do this enough, but if you want a coach for strength, Stone Strength PT is the one for you.
“Strength” comes from your ability to grow from learning. Especially where you are challenged. With Nat I am challenged, I am male, receiving coaching from a woman (insert bullsh*t patriarchy commentary about women not being able to teach men)… Fxck concepts, I sought Nat out because she’s killer at what she does.
If somebody is GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO… LEARN FROM THEM. Gender is nothing to do with anything. “Muscular Strength” is the ability to generate force to move load against gravity. Watch Nat… She has “Muscular Strength”, but she also has another “Strength”, Fortitude. Fortitude is the ability to overcome, to endure a proverbial storm and come out the other side with the same focus.
I am a #teamstonepowerlifting team member right now, I am honoured to be in her team.

I’ve been training with Nat for close to a year now and it has been the most incredible journey. Starting from scratch to get myself back into strength training Nat listened and coordinated a program that would challenge me however it would also ensure my training was refined, and form was perfected and I would succeed overall. Nat helped me hit some of my PB’s within training and I could not be happier or prouder.
Nat has helped me not only build a better relationship with myself and my training but she has also given me so much knowledge on nutrition for strength as well. This journey has taken time and effort on everyone’s part but as we say we never have bad days, we are always learning and growing.
Nat is not like any coach, she is a mentor and someone who strives to make sure you’re accountable on your journey and to be flexible when life occurs. Nat you are not 1 Star or 5 you are one in a million and i thank you for helping me with my strength journey and for helping me become the best version of myself. The new studio is beyond epic so if you struggle with anxiety or going to train because the gym is busy, Nat’s home studio is the perfect sanctuary to train!

Nat has been such an amazing coach in my Powerlifting journey. Even in a different country I always feel so supported and guided through my gym sessions. It was really easy for us to set everything up, I just let her know what my gym did and didn’t have and she worked around the equipment to give me the best workout options.
The Facebook video uploads keep us in daily contact and the check ins really help with mental health as well as physical.
Nat’s passion is infectious and she really goes the extra mile to make sure you're doing well, even on days I skipped a session she never makes you feel like you've messed up, the encouragement to keep going and try again for the next session is incredibly motivating and makes you feel amazing.
She really makes the effort to check in regularly and also check in on how my nutrition is going, how my mental health is tracking and how things are going in general for me, she really gives the whole package.
Nat has been really supportive of my break over pregnancy and I cant wait to get back in the gym with her (virtually haha) and get them gains!

I have been training with Nat at Stone Strength PT for nearly 6 months now and whilst I have been doing strength training for a couple of years, I have learnt so much more from Nat and my training has definitely escalated to another level!
What I love about Nat is that she is supportive and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to technique and developing training specifically for me . She is focused and committed 100% to help you achieve your goals. My PT sessions are the highlight of my day!

I went to Nat 10 months ago, after a major knee injury and I was fairly worried about going back to powerlifting. Nat was amazing, she helped develop my form through the 3 main lifts and taught me tonnes about accessory muscles.
So far I've gained 5kg of muscle and stronger than ever! Nat is an amazing PT and so passionate about lifting which shows through her clients.

The hardest part, isn’t actually training, it’s making that first decision to actually commit to making positive changes to your life. The rest is easy because of Nat.
I work really long hours and 6 day weeks and I never thought it would be possible to train so for so long I just gave up. But Nat was able to build me a program that was perfect for me. For me… Friday nights and Saturday mornings are for training, and no matter what, Nat has been there for me at any time to help me when I need it.
I never thought I would feel strong in my upper body but now, sitting in week 10 of my program, I don’t remember that girl at all! Now my goal is to gradually build up my home gym so I can see what I’m capable of.
Once you start, you will appreciate your body and what it can do, and it will love you back. This isn’t just about physical health and strength, it’s a positive mental shift and bloody incredible friendship.

Nat is 100% the best trainer I have ever had.
I struggled with squat depth for years due to scoliosis - it didn't help that my legs are extremely long too!
Within a month of working with Nat, I was able to squat the bar to depth without a worry in the world.
I cant thank Nat enough for her incredible expertise and guidance. There really is no one like her.
Thank you so much, Nat, for helping me finally feel strong in my own body.

I have always had a level of “gym anxiety”, but Nat has made me feel so comfortable and capable of achieving new goals every week. We have so much fun talking about everything from Marvel to music.
As an LGBTQ+ individual, I can honestly say that she has made such a safe and supportive environment for me that it’s well worth the 40 minute drive to get there!
She continues to challenge me in the best way possible so that I can reach my goal of being #CaptainMarvelStrong

I've been training on and off for years, but never took it seriously, so I took the big step and asked Natalie Stone to PT/coach me.
It was a huge step in the right direction! My whole training was turned upside down. I now think to myself that I should have done it sooner.
My progress is flying, and form is so much better.
I've been training with Nat since March, 2020. It has made me feel good about myself. And when I'm feeling unmotivated, Nat has always got my back with full support.

Meeting Nat and starting to train with her has been the best choice I’ve ever made for my physical and mental health!
Right from our first interaction, Nat made me feel supported in my goals, and that hasn’t changed in six months. Nat creates an amazingly supportive environment, creating a safe place for you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and continue to grow as a person.
Training with Nat feels like training with a friend, who shares their enthusiasm and commitment with you. I couldn’t recommend Nat as a trainer enough! It’s a choice you absolutely won’t regret!

Nat is the best fxcking coach. I had a horrible day yesterday, feeling really unwell, my body wasn’t ok, my spirit was tired & mentally I was fragile. I pushed through to get myself to training & even smashed some PBs.
Everyone needs a Nat in their life. Get you a Nat. I felt comfortable enough to say I wasn’t in my finest form but strong enough to go. I don’t know about you but that says a whole lot about the space Nat has created at Stone Strength PT.
I left the studio feeling mentally clear, spirit was strong & overall I felt reimpowered in my abilities & confidence went through the roof!

The advice, knowledge and support Nat imparts every week has been invaluable, applying what I learn to my daily habits has led to improvements in strength, mobility and mindset, as well as a 24kg weight loss over the last 7 months.
The space she has created is fully loaded and welcoming. Being able to practice proper form, break down new techniques and becoming more familiar with certain equipment in a private, safe space, I have shifted from feeling overwhelmed and intimidated by big gyms to being able to go confidently and consistently on my own.
Nat doesn't just talk the talk when it comes to training and nutrition, she lives and breathes it. Her passion for lifting is absolutely contagious!

I’ve been training with Nat since October 2022, pretty quickly I decided I wanted to give powerlifting a go, but I knew my hip mobility was quite bad and had been told by a previous PT that I would never be able to squat.
Nat started with the very basics moving through bodyweight, partial, and accessory movements to help with balance, strength, and confidence.
We built on that, at a pace that suited me until we moved on to a barbell squat. Fast forward to April 2023, I competed in my first ever powerlifting competition and it was amazing!
Something I never thought id be able to do is now something I love. Nat has a way with people, filling them with self-belief and motivating them to be the best they can be.
Before I started training with her, I had gained over 20kgs within a year and felt demoralised and in pain. When I contacted her to start training the goal for me was simply to start. Since training with Nat 1:1 and online, I’ve regained confidence and self-esteem along with losing 14kgs (so far!).
The goal was never weight loss, but it’s an awesome bonus! Nat doesn’t give generic cookie-cutter training programs, she tailors everything to your specific needs and goals, meaning you achieve more and feel great from the very first session.
Nat has created a safe and welcoming space for everyone, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’ve always felt judged in gym environments and had some quite negative experiences.
However, from the very first day I walked in I felt accepted, safe, and welcomed.
Nat has a heart of gold, is incredibly knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend anyone better!

A truly great teacher or mentor can change you in ways that are hard to measure.
Nat is a PT who brings her whole soul to her business, helping regular people become stronger, happier, more powerful versions of themselves.
Growing up, I never really got into sport or understood the value of having a coach on your side.
Now, through working with Nat, I am strong, capable and addicted to improving myself physically and mentally- I feel like I’m becoming the person I always wanted to be.
I wish that everyone who felt disconnected or unhappy with their bodies could have a coach like Nat, and just see what a real trainer can help you achieve.
Nat’s energy, empathy and experience are like The Force, you can try to deny its existence… but sooner or later she will have you lifting things you never thought possible!
